3. Project Delivery and Completion

Project delivery times vary by service tier:

• Standard Tier: Delivered within 7 days
• Premium Tier: Delivered within 4-6 days
• Advanced Tier: Delivered within 72 hours (fast-track)

Revision terms by tier:

• Standard Tier: 1 revision after delivery
• Premium Tier: 2 revisions after delivery
• Advanced Tier: Unlimited revisions within the project deadline

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• No Refunds: Once the project is initiated, we do not offer refunds
• Cancellation: If the project has not yet begun, you may cancel and receive a refund (minus any applicable fees)

5. User Responsibilities

6. Modifications (Advanced Plan)

The Advanced Plan includes unlimited modification requests within reason and within the original project scope, up to 10 modification instances or until the project deadline, whichever comes first.Requests that significantly change the original requirements or add entirely new features may be treated as separate enhancements and may incur additional charges. Our goal is to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining fair use of our services.
