1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Services Overview
   Projectory provides professional software development and AI services, including but not limited to:
   • Academic and final year project delivery for students
   • MVP and product development for startups
   • Web applications, internal tools, and AI/ML solutions
   We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue any project if we find the engagement misaligned with our capabilities or policies. For any queries, contact contact@projectory.in.
3. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must:
   • Provide accurate and complete information about project requirements
   • Respond promptly to queries, approvals, and feedback
   • Supply all necessary materials, content, and assets
   • Not engage in plagiarism or submit our work as their own in academic contexts (where applicable)

4. Intellectual Property Rights
   • All intellectual property developed by Projectory remains the property of Projectory until full payment is received.
   • Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   • We retain the right to showcase non-confidential parts of any project in our portfolio.

5. Project Delivery & Timelines
   • Timelines will be mutually agreed upon during project initiation.
   • Delays due to incomplete inputs, delayed approvals, or scope changes are not Projectory’s responsibility.
   • Minor revisions are included post-delivery (up to 4 rounds). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Payments & Invoicing
   • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
   • No project work begins until the initial payment is confirmed.
   • Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and other agreed options.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
   • All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
   • If the client cancels the project before work begins, a full refund will be provided.
   • Partial refunds may be considered in rare cases where less than 25% of the project scope is completed, subject to evaluation.
   • No refunds will be processed for completed or delivered work.

8. Confidentiality
   • Projectory agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client data, codebases, and proprietary content.
   • Clients are responsible for marking any information as “confidential” in communications or shared assets.

9. Limitation of Liability
   • Projectory is not liable for:
   • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
   • Losses arising from the use or inability to use our deliverables
   • Damages due to misuse or modification of our work post-delivery

10. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
    • Projects may use third-party tools (e.g., Firebase, Razorpay, GPT APIs).
    • Clients are responsible for reading and complying with the terms of any third-party service used in the project.
    • Any costs related to these tools must be borne by the client unless explicitly included.

11. Academic Projects Disclaimer
    • Projectory provides development and delivery of academic projects as per client inputs.
    • We do not guarantee grades or faculty acceptance.
    • Clients are advised to consult their institution’s project guidelines before placing requests.

12. Startup Projects & MVPs
    • MVPs are scoped clearly before initiation. Any additional features post-freeze require a change request.
    • Startups must ensure legal compliance and data protection policies are in place for their platform. Projectory is not liable for end-user disputes.

13. Portfolio Use
    • Projectory reserves the right to display non-confidential parts of projects in its portfolio or marketing content.
    • Clients may opt-out of this by notifying us in writing before project delivery.

14. Support and Maintenance
    • Post-delivery bug fixes are offered for 180 days for startup plan and 7 days for student plans unless otherwise agreed.
    • Long-term maintenance, hosting, or feature upgrades are billed separately.

15. Modifications to Terms

16. Governing Law
